ACCOMMODATION

The easiest accomodation option is to stay at the conference hotel. The SPECOM2013 organisation committee arranged a very convenient accomodation option in the conference hotel—angelo Hotel Pilsen. A lower price (compared to the past years) have been negotiated (see the prices below). The conference hotel is located on a favourable spot close to the main railway station from where you can reach the city center within a few minutes using public transport or walking.

The price of accommodation is not included in the conference fee which gives the conference participants freedom to choose a different place to stay. If you were interested in a different (cheaper or less busy) accomodation option, you may use e.g. Booking.com or similar service. The organising committee strongly recommends to stay close to the city centre or in the reach of public transportation in such a case.

ANGELO HOTEL PILSEN – THE CONFERENCE HOTEL

Accommodation in a very attractive hotel right opposite to the famous Pilsner Urquell brewery. There are lots of services offered including airport pick-up, 24h exchange office, security service, Internet access and many others. Moreover, an underground parking and a fitness centre can be found there.

The accomodation reservation and payment is accomplished directly with the hotel. Feel free to contact the hotel – the stuff is informed thoroughly about the conference and ready to assist you. It is necessary to state that you are the SPECOM2013 participant to get the discounted price. The organizers kindly ask you to arrange the accomodation soon enough as the number of the discounted rooms is limited.

PRICES

Prices are per room and include buffet breakfast, Internet connection in the hotel lobby. An extra fee is charged for private parking in the secured hotel parking lot and Internet connection in the room. VAT and all other taxes are comprised. For precise conversion between Euros, U. S.
